With generous proportions and a practical single-level design, this spacious home balances comfort, space and connection. The main living area invites you to settle in with your favourite movie on the Smart TV using your own streaming app logins, or enjoy a range of entertainment options, including a Blu-ray/DVD player and board games after a day out.

The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to leisurely evening dinners. An espresso machine helps ease into the morning, while the oven, stovetop, microwave and refrigerator make meal prep effortless. The third bedroom includes two single beds, ideal for children or friends. A family bathroom with both a shower and bathtub adds convenience, while a separate laundry with a washer and dryer supports longer stays.

Central air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway. Additional free street parking is available nearby. Please note that the carport is not available for guest use.

With convenient train access to Adelaide in around 30 minutes, you can easily balance coastal relaxation with city adventures.
