★ The house

Set entirely on one level, no stairs anywhere. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is the heart of it, with sliding doors running the length of the living out to the covered patio, so in summer inside and outside become one space. Room for everyone to be together without being on top of each other. Wi-Fi throughout for whatever you need to get done.



★ The kitchen

Set up for cooking a proper meal, not a token kitchenette. Finished in white with a curved benchtop, full oven and cooktop, rangehood and a large fridge-freezer. Properly stocked: pots and pans, serving platters, full crockery and glassware, and an espresso machine for the people who need real coffee before a 6am flight. Breakfast bar with stools off the kitchen, dining table seats eight. If you're staying a week or longer, you'll cook here properly.

Biscuits, milk and a bottle of L&P in the fridge when you arrive. Enough to get through the first evening without a supermarket run.



★ The bedrooms

Four bedrooms, all on the single level.

The master has a king bed and its own ensuite, with sliding doors to the garden.

Two further bedrooms each have a queen, one with a dressing table and mirror.

The fourth has two king single beds that make up as one super king, so it flexes between children, mates travelling together, or a couple, depending on who's booking.
