Nice holiday

We had a very nice stay in your mobile home. Everything we need was there and it was all clean. The swimming pool was also nice. The nature was beautiful and the weather ☀️☀️

Goede stacaravan op een prima camping

De stacaravan staat heerlijk beschut tussen de bomen, waardoor er veel schaduw is. Het is een keurige, goed onderhouden caravan, waar we twee weken lang een heerlijk verblijf hebben gehad. Het is echt helemaal geweldig dat er airconditioning in zit. Daar hebben we met de hitte (34-38 graden) echt veel plezier van gehad. De advertentie klopte op een paar punten niet helemaal. Zo staat dat er een queensize bed is, maar het bed is 135x185cm (in plaats van 150x200). Ook staat er dat er een bubbelbad is, maar dat is niet (meer) aanwezig. Op de camping kan men dagelijks brood bestellen voor de volgende dag en er is een klein winkeltje. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Helaas spreekt men er geen Engels (wat volgens de advertentie wel het geval zou zijn), maar ze doen echt hun best om mensen die heel beperkt Frans kunnen toch te begrijpen en helpen. Wat activiteiten betreft is er op de camping niet heel veel te doen. Op enkele avonden was er een activiteit. Een kidsclub stond wel aangegeven, maar hier hebben we nooit iets van activiteit gezien of iets over kunnen vinden. Voor ons geen probleem, omdat de kids vooral het zwembad belangrijk vinden en af en toe eens naar de speeltuin gaan. De ligging van de camping is ook prima. Er zijn voldoende activiteiten/bezienswaardigheden in de buurt.

Vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines de vacances. Logement propre et soigné. Emplacement spacieux et bien aménagé. Camping calme, familiale .piscine proche du mobile home. Village de Sillans et les autres très mignons. Il faut juste prendre en compte que les lac sont a 30min et plus... mais superbes. Nous y retournerons volontier

Chouette semaine de vacances à Sillans

Chouette caravane assez spacieuse pour une famille de quatre, climatisation parfaite au vu des 37°c quotidien de cet été. Le camping très calme et grande piscine bien gérée. Je recommande volontiers !

Dommage que la propriétaire n accepte pas les chèques vacances. Et la gérante voulait nous faire payer le solde en liquide ???!!

Bonjour, Lors de votre réservation, nous vous avions informé que nous n'acceptions pas les chèques vacances, car le site Abritel ne les accepte pas. Lors de votre arrivée vous nous deviez le solde du séjour, il était donc normal de vous le demander en espèces ou par chèque (le chèque représentant un risque de rejet et par conséquent des difficultés pour se faire régler après le séjour.....). Afin de vous être agréable nous avons accepté votre règlement par chèque ! Je vous invite la prochaine fois à payer intégralement votre séjour via le site abritel avant votre arrivée. D'autre part je prends note de votre remarque, et modifie pour l'année prochaine les conditions de règlement des séjours dans mon mobil home. Bien cordialement
