Other Things to Note:

Three access cards are provided — one for the garage and two for building entry, lifts, shared amenities, and the apartment. Lost or unreturned cards incur a $150 replacement fee per card.



This is a residential building. Please be mindful of noise, particularly in the evenings and when using shared spaces.



Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.



For stays longer than 14 nights, a compulsory fortnightly clean will be arranged to maintain the apartment to our standard. This will be charged at an additional cost and scheduled at a mutually convenient time during your stay.
