Property was incredibly clean and well appointed. We stayed as 3 families with small children and were very comfortable. Location is 10/10. A small note that the Cape Cod Flyer tracks are close by and the train honks its horn frequently and into the night. A small thing and our children were able to sleep through but could be tough for light sleepers.
