Cape Cranberry - Oceanfront home in Cape Breton with sauna on the Atlantic Ocean

Welcome to Cape Cranberry, our oceanfront retreat on beautiful Cape Breton Island. Set directly on Cranberry Beach, our home was newly built and completed in early 2026.

Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers stunning ocean views, direct beach access, and a private electric wet/dry sauna, with lounging chairs and a fire table, just steps from the Atlantic ocean.

Start your day with coffee overlooking the ocean, spend afternoons exploring nearby beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, the Cabot Trail, or downtown Sydney then unwind with a sauna session while listening to the waves or hanging out enjoying a backyard fire. The living room is equipped with a 70-inch TV, and all three bedrooms have their own TVs. Guests can enjoy access to Netflix, Disney+, Crave, and Prime Video on all TVs during their stay.

We are centrally located on Cape Breton Island, making it an ideal home base for exploring. The Newfoundland ferry is only 10 minutes away, Downtown Sydney is 25 minutes, the historic Fortress of Louisbourg is 60 minutes away, and the start of the world-famous Cabot Trail is within easy reach. Most of Cape Breton's major highlights, including beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, and scenic lighthouses, can be reached in 2-2.5 hours or less.

Whether you're watching the sunrise from the deck, enjoying a beach walk, or relaxing in the sauna, Cape Cranberry is the perfect place for your stay. We hope you enjoy your visit!
