Boaters will appreciate the protected canal location and approximately 30' of dockage available for guest use. From the dock, it's a short ride to open water where world-class fishing, snorkeling, diving, sandbar trips, and waterfront dining await. After a day on the water, unwind beneath the spacious waterfront tiki hut, cool off in the swim spa, or gather with family and friends in one of the many outdoor entertaining areas.

FUTURE PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT



An in-ground pool is currently planned for installation between August and October 2026. Construction dates are subject to change based on permitting, weather, and contractor schedules.



IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY



Pet Friendly. One well-behaved dog weighing 50 lbs. or less is welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fees.



Age Requirement. The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the property for the duration of the reservation.



No Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.



Mid-Stay Cleaning. For extended stays, periodic cleaning may be required and billed separately.



Florida Keys Environment. The Florida Keys are a tropical environment where guests may encounter insects, wildlife, and other natural elements despite routine pest control efforts.



Construction Notice. Nearby construction, roadwork, or renovation activity may occur without notice and is beyond our control.



Security Cameras. For the safety and security of our guests and property, two exterior security cameras monitor the parking area and boat lift. The cameras are for security purposes only and do not monitor any private interior or outdoor living spaces.
