Mirage Manor has had lots of happy visitors, but needed a bigger and better pool. Construction is now complete and rental weeks are filling fast. Mirage Manor now has a brand new Pool and Hot Tub Combo. No Extra charge for pool heat here! It will be preset to a comfortable 84 degrees.

This beautiful 3-bedroom stilted home looks sharp since its new pool upgrade. It’s touch of “keys style” décor will perfectly accent your memories in this premier vacation rental. Inside, a spacious open floor plan living area allows guests to relax together. This homes’ 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms make sleeping 8 comfortably.. And the fully outfitted kitchen; free use of the washer/dryer make day to day living in the Florida Key’s so much easier than staying in a hotel. Mirage Manor includes free hi speed Wifi, premium HD cable in the living room, and in all 3-bedrooms! If little ones are coming then there is a pack-n-play, stroller and high chair.

The real fun is to be had outside! Mirage Manor is its own private oasis. This rental is a private waterfront property located directly on the water’s edge of a canal on the gulf side of Marathon Key. This property is home to 65 feet of dockage and is about a 1/2 mile motor to Vaca Cut. There you have direct access to the open ocean. When on land at Mirage Manor, you can relax right on the waters edge in the Florida Keys sun in the brand new pool and hot tub combo.. Relaxing and socializing ideal in the shade of the huge 57 ft screened double decker porch. There is fun to be had outside with our custom made corn-hole set, dartboard, tiki toss or a 3-in-1 card table/bumper pool table.

Like being in the water and don’t have a boat? Inquire with us when booking your stay about renting one of our deluxe pedal drive Hobie kayaks or SUP’s. These toys are the talk of the town! They propel using a push pedal system instead of using a paddle and your arms. These kayak/SUP’s move by pushing your feet on a special drive shaft like a stair stepper. Steering is possible by controlling the rudder with the flick of a wrist on a knob in the palm of your hand. These premium boats can move at an unexpectedly fast rate by only using your feet to power them. You will be amazed at the distance you can cover with minimal exertion, because they use a stepping motion instead of a cycle motion like other lesser brands. (Check out Hobie Kayak, or Hobie Eclipse, on Youtube for more info.) Additional rental charges will apply and waivers need to be signed, but well worth the fun to be had!

Perfect getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this rental! The property exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The pool lighting, combined with the Google Home music system, created the perfect ambiance for relaxing evenings. We also loved having plenty of seating and lounge chairs around the pool to comfortably enjoy the space.One of the highlights for us was being able to bring our boat and head out onto the water at a moment’s notice—such a great perk for anyone who enjoys being on the water! The bikes provided were perfect for exploring the beautiful Keys, and we loved the tropical vibe of the banana trees on the property.The house was very well-equipped, with plenty of cookware and a great grill for preparing meals. The large screened porch was another perfect spot to hang out and enjoy the fresh air. We were especially happy to find the fish station and icemaker—definitely a nice touch for those who want to clean and store their catch of the day.While we didn’t use the kayaks, we appreciated having the option available. The private cul-de-sac location also provided a quiet and peaceful environment, making our stay feel like a true getaway.Overall, this rental had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We highly recommend it!

Amazing stay at an amazing home!

Our family of four absolutely LOVED our stay at Mirage Manor! The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed, but it was everything on the OUTSIDE of the house is where we spent the most of our time. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the screened in deck. The pool and spa are hands down the BEST we've ever had at any house we've ever rented anywhere. The water temperature in both the pool and spa were absolutely PERFECT. Gregg, our host, did not overlook a single detail in creating a fun, welcoming patio and pool atmosphere (our teenaged kids especially loved the colored lighting, it made night swimming so much fun) For our family, hanging out in the backyard goes hand in hand with listening to music and there is a Google speaker to do just that. We were very fortunate to see some manatees in the canal, along with some fish. This was our last big family spring break vacation before our kids finish high school, and this house helped make our vacation PERFECT! Thank you, Gregg, for being such an attentive, accommodating host.

Beautiful Vacation Home

I chose this property because it had a pool, hot tub and was on the canal. It’s a beautiful home in a fantastic location. Private, quiet but a short walk away from the main road through town. About an hour from Key West. Tons to do in the immediate area. We visited Sombrero Beach, the Turtle Hospital (a must do), Key West. Had fantastic pizza from Driftwood Pizza. The property owner was easy to deal with and met each of our needs. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again on a heartbeat. We were visited by a manatee two different days. Lots of fish to view in the canal. Even saw a jellyfish. Husband was visited by an iguana one morning.

Great Vacation

We vacation in Marathon every summer with the family and feel this was the best fit for our family that we have found to date. We felt the property was extremely well put together as a vacation rental it has darts, cornhole boards, pool, hot tub, plenty of pool toys for the kids etc. We also thoroughly enjoyed the out door patio for morning and evening meals. The dock space did fit our two 25ft boats perfectly, and its an easy couple minute idle to the gulf and only about 10 minutes from the Atlantic. We will be back !!!

Mirage Manor was the perfect week getaway, fun games for the kids and the sleeping arrangements were perfect, pool was the best and jacuzzi even comes with a little bar. Location was perfect and dockage was big only minutes from open ocean. Definitely would stay again!!!

Marathon fishing trip

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and ocean fishing. The house is very nicely decorated and clean. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Everything was perfect, great house, clean house. Pool is awesome and gave the kids and adults space. Much of the house operates on google, which makes using the home easy. Nothing we would change. This house is a great home, Manitees even came in everyday to Say “Hi” We will be back!

Mirage Manor was the perfect house for our family vacation. Having two king sized beds and two full baths was great. The backyard area on the canal was awesome. The pool and hot tub were just perfect for our family. We also spent lots of time on the screened porch. Greg was very thorough with his communication and was a pleasure to rent from. Fantastic stay!

Gregg property was exactly as pictured. We were two families - 4 adults and 4 kids, aged 7-15 years, spending Christmas in the Keys. The house accommodated us well with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We did cook meals a few nights - plenty of dishes, pots, pans. The kids had a fun time in the pool and hot tub when we weren't out on excursions. I would definitely stay here again!

Marathon Paradise

Nice house with everything you need. Pool and hottub were our favorites! Plenty of outdoor furniture to relax by the pool and huge screened in patio. Outdoor games were a fun bonus too. Nice canal with room for boat and we did see a couple manatees. Spacious parking area. Gregg responded timely to any questions. Great stay!

We really enjoyed the location and the kids loved the pool and games. Overall the interior living area is a little small and dated but did the trick for us (exterior more than made up for it) and we would be excited to stay here again. Wonderful vacation, can't wait to visit again.

We stayed at the property with another family. The property is awesome and there were plenty of activities at the house to keep everyone entertained. Boys fished, kids swam, mom's relaxed, darts, cornhole and the addition of the kayaks was great. We saw fish and manatees from the dock every morning. Spring break 2022/ senior trip for oldest son

The house was amazing. Pool was the best! Many lazy days hanging out playing all the outdoor games and enjoying the sun. The manatees coming to see us daily was the best!! Great location to local grocery and local things on Marathon but also central location to all of the Keyes. Kids loved it so much they told husband and I to buy a house to retire here so they could come visit!! We will be back😎

Absolutely Amazing Vacation Home With Everything Anyone Could Need

This was one of the best places we've rented. Gregg was absolutely amazing from booking to checkout. The House was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The dockage was perfect for our 25 foot boat and made it super easy to go out fishing everyday. The fish table was awesome also! And the pool was the icing on the cake. We would absolutely rent this home again! Thanks for everything!

Mirage Manor Stay

My girlfriend and I stayed at Mirage Manor for the entire month in February. The location was mid-way in the keys and allowed us to explore both ends with ease. There’s a great bike trail which is easily accessible from the property. The house was perfect, clean well stocked and centrally located. We brought our boat which was great to have the ability to put it in the canal. We also used their Kayaks which were great. We will come back. Great place and the owner worked with us well and communicated with us timely. Thank you Gregg!

While living in CT my family runs and manages New England Dive, which is the largest scuba shop in all of New England. We sell and service all major brands of Scuba gear and would be glad to supply anything you need for your trip. We are also a Hobie kayak dealer and stock a lot of fishing gear too If you need any gear for any of these watersports then we can ship it down and have it there for your vacation.

Why they chose this property

Mirage Manor is walking distance to Rt 1 at mile marker 52.5. There is a public bus stop there or if you drive left or right on RT 1 and you'll find a sea of restaurants, as well as grocery stores, pharmacy, gift shops and even a Home Depot!. Local Taxis can take you anywhere cheaper than UBER, but if you drive you'll find your way around fast and its hard to get lost one there is only one main road.

What makes this property unique

Mirage Manor is on a dead end street and dead end of canal so you can have your privacy, but make friends as you cruise out onto the water. The neighborhood is on a small set of canals on the Gulf side of Marathon. Being only 1/2 mile from the Vaca cut makes it the premier spot to cut thru to the ocean by boat.

In the keys Rt 1 is basically the main drag and it goes by Mile Markers. Mile Marker 52.5 marks the spot and will put you right by a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, department store, food places or a bank. You are also near a variety of bait shops, fishing charters and scuba shops. If you have children you can also visit Sombrero beach, which is the largest beach in all of the keys. There is a playground at Sombrero and another playground on rt 1 called Childrens Rotary park. Other famous attractions of Marathon are the Dolphin Research Center Turtle Hospital or the Aquarium Encounters.

At Mirage Manor you will find all your major amenities including but not limited to Iron and ironing board, Hair dryer, sheets, blankets, towels (both bath and beach), air fryer, coffee maker, blender, toaster, all pots, pans, dishes, utensils, bowls and cups etc There is also have a pack n play crib, high chair and stroller if you are bringing your little ones.
