Very clean and comfortable. Communication with host was quick. Very quiet place to stay. Shopping was very close. Had everything we needed. Very nice neighborhood. Nice walking areas nearby.

Joe’s place was great for our girls get together. All beds were comfortable including the sofa bed( the extra foamy mattress for it was just what it needed) The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. There is no air conditioning but the fans in the bedrooms made it pleasant for sleeping even on a 30 degree day. The area is quiet and just a short drive from amenities. The host is very receptive and good to deal with. It is good value for the price
