About this property

Nicely decorated 2 bedroom basement suite in highbrow Evergreen area.

The suite is loaded with stylish finishing that includes contemporary style cabinetry. The space can sleep up to 5 persons. It has two very comfy Queen beds, and a comfy red leather Sofa that can sleep one.

For entertainment, we have a large 65" Samsung TV with Netflix, Amazon, and Cable TV and free high speed WIFI.

The kitchen is equipped with a double door Fridge Freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Keurig Pod Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle Jug and the all the standard kitchen utensils you possibly need.

The bathroom is spacious with a modern Shower enclosure and multiple spray shower head.

It's an excellent value for your money!!!

Spacious suite for 4 adults. Comfortable beds and fans in the rooms, which was appreciated. Nice location. Kitchen could use a better frying pan as they are quite worn, and oven and cupboard doors need a cleaning. Overall happy with our stay.

This was a great property for my daughter and I for a weekend in the city. Everything we needed was available, and the property was nice and clean. The property is in need of a bit of TLC though. Everything functioned as expected, there was a just a but of maintenance that could be done throughout the unit. Overall very happy with our stay!

We only spent one night, but it was comfortable and the area was very nice and relatively close to many amenities. Though we didn’t use it, the kitchen was very nicely kitted out. We would stay there again if we were in the Saskatoon area.
