The Space:

Superb completely renovated apartment, located near the Eiffel Tower! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to four travelers.



IMPORTANT: Renovation works are currently ongoing in the building’s common areas. These works are beyond our control and are not our responsibility. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept this situation. No complaints or compensation requests related to this matter will be accepted.



The apartment includes:

• A living room: Smart television, high-speed Wi-Fi, storage space and sofa bed for 2 people.

• A sleeping area: double bed (140x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding and storage.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, washer-dryer, pots, etc.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: shower and toilet, fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo).

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Getting Around:

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Take the RER B (Blue Line) towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and stop at Denfert-Rochereau. Transfer to the Metro Line 6 direction Charles de Gaulle Étoile and exit at Cambronne. A short walk and you’ll be at our doorstep.

Alternatively, a taxi or ride-sharing service will take approximately 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic.



From Orly Airport (ORY)

Hop onto the Orlyval light rail, and transfer to RER B at Antony station. Head towards Aeroport Charles de Gaulle 1 and change at Denfert-Rochereau. Here, transfer to Metro Line 6 direction Charles de Gaulle Étoile and alight at Cambronne.

A taxi or ride-sharing option from ORY typically takes about 30-40 minutes.



From Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est

Catch the Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge. Transfer at Montparnasse-Bienvenüe and then board Line 6 direction Charles de Gaulle Étoile, exiting at Cambronne.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
