The property was clean and whimsically decorated. We did not use the pool or hot tub. During our stay an iron and ironing board were delivered since we had inquired about their availability beforehand. One toilet did not flush and while the management responded quickly, the problem was never resolved during our stay. The interior was dark. Brighter lighting is needed. All of the containers in both showers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty. There were no tissues in either bathroom. Both bathrooms had large plush bath towels, but no hand towels or wash cloths. The water temp in one shower never got hot. It was tepid at best. One bed had a plush velour covering on the mattress with a fleece topper. No sheets. The Barista coffee maker did not work. The keypad on the outermost front door only worked intermittently, therefore we didn’t lock this door for fear of being locked out. The second front door had a keyed deadbolt lock which we used. Upon arrival the back gate was unlocked. We discovered this from the outside. The only access to lock it was from the inside of the unit. Getting access to the exterior patio area to lock the gate took some searching. Finally we spotted a lighted green button near the ceiling that opened the glass door to the patio so that we could lock the gate. Both closets had items stored on the floor so that hanging a dress was difficult. Upon our arrival there were used cleaning supplies in the trash compactor.
