The space
Remodeled in 2021 and ready to be enjoyed for the winter season. This condo has all the comforts and a great deal of effort has been put in to make sure all that you need is here. Very large condo at over 1300 sq ft makes for plenty of space. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking in. Bedrooms have comfortable beds and big screen TV's. Master features lighted vanity mirror for getting ready in morning. Split floorplan for privacy as each side of condo has it's own bathroom. Spacious living area with access to the poolside covered patio. Washer dryer in unit. Board Games for the family. Covered parking garage and located in a lush gated community. A true executive level condo.

Guests have access to entire unit with no disturbances.
Other things to note
No parties are allowed in this unit. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and community. No tolerance policy for breaking house rules.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly.

Absolutely no smoking in condo or on patio. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $1000 fine.

No pets.

Minimum age of 25 years old to rent condo.

Condo is for guest use only unless approved by management. Maximum number of 4 adult guests for each booking.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here in late April when picking our daughter up from college. The condo is beautiful - close to restaurants, groceries , shopping...anything you may need. Bart was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We hope to stay here again when we bring our daughter back to school in August. It was a wonderful stay!

Clean quiet and spacious

Loved the condo! VERY clean, convenient to everything. Quiet, safe gated condo. HUGE tvs in every room. The only drawback, and it's only getting a mention because it should be an easy fix for the owner...It was hard to enjoy the small outdoor patio space because of the mosquitos . Overall I would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!!

This place was just as described and just as the pictures depict. The Host was awesome too! I had a very busy schedule and they accommodated my needs for early check-in and an extra car parking. Very quiet and clean! Wished I could have stayed longer!

Great Condo in Safe Neighborhood

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with stores nearby for convenience. The only negative was that the cleaning crew walked in while we were still in the unit. It was about 30 minutes before the required checkout time. I know many people checkout early but they didn't even knock - they just unlocked the door and walked in with all of us standing there. Needless to say it was quite uncomfortable. Even with being walked in on, we would probably still stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Exquisite decor and convenient to all Phoenix has to offer. Wonderful pool and spa. Owner was very responsive and we had a fabulous trip. Beds were very comfy and the TV’s……..WOW!! We would stay again!!!

Lovely Quiet home - great location

Our family had a wonderful visit at Bart's lovely home. It's in a small gated condominium complex conveniently located near restaurants and a great grocery store. It was a short walk to this strip mall via a secured gate entry. The condo was clean, laid out nicely and well furnished. The kitchen was conveniently well stocked with essentials, Including a washer and dryer. There are 2 large bedroom areas that were separated by a very large living area. Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom. Great for privacy. The complex was beautifully landscaped. Even though we were very near the hot tub and pool area, it was secluded. The community is quiet with underground private parking. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this home and would certainly consider staying there again. We were in AZ to visit family that had moved there. We enjoyed our stay very much. Had plenty of room to invite our family over for pizza. The photos are very accurate. We highly recommend this home if it meets your travel needs.
