Welcome to The Captain’s Landing, a spacious executive walkout home overlooking greenspace. Centrally located just 15 minutes from the airport, Leduc, and Edmonton’s south and west side. Enjoy a large kitchen equipped with everything you need, separate formal dining room, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths including a Hydro Therapy walk in tub. Close to entertainment like shopping, golfing, nature trails, the North Saskatchewan River, casinos, horse track races, motorsports track, and West Edmonton Mall.

The space
Offers a warm and inviting retreat with high ceilings, comfortable gathering spaces, and peaceful views. The fully equipped kitchen features a built-in oven, gas range in the island, deck with bbq, large dining area plus a formal dining room, and everything needed for cooking and entertaining. The main living area includes a cozy gas fireplace and comfortable seating to relax after a day of exploring.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a balcony and an ensuite with a walk-in tub for a spa-like experience. A central spiral staircase leads to the walkout lower level where guests will find additional bedrooms, a second fireplace, sitting area, recreation and games space, plus direct access to the backyard and outdoor areas.

Other things to note
While families are welcome, the layout and spiral staircase make the space better suited for older children and adults.

We loved the property. Janice had a well stocked kitchen and loved the packets of porridge and coffee pods. The most spices I have ever seen in a VRBO rental kitchen. We enjoyed cooking dinner for our family.

Why they chose this property

I have owned this property since it was new in 1998 and it is my home when I am in the area. Devon has a special place in my heart and this neighbourhood has everything needed for security and enjoyment.

What makes this property unique

I have always loved being able to go out onto the upper balcony or the walk out basement where you can have green space right there. Walking paths, play area, and accessibility to everything so close. Then when indoors the nostalgia of the record player, the art and clocks, and the VHS Movies while enjoying a cozy fire makes the day's end perfect. Soothing tired muscles in the tub after the journey's is an added bonus too.
