Welcome to our family home. A quiet and peaceful place to unwind. 20m to the sea from boundary. Approx. 400m to boat ramp. 2 kayaks for your use. Spa pool with extraordinary views. Heat pumps and HRV. Large decks. Warm in winter, cool in summer. Walking tracks close by. Nydia track and local seaside walking tracks. Lots of native birdlife in spring and summer. Surrounded by native bush. Small creek on boundary. Boat ramp and jetty 400m away, bring your boat and get some great fishing in. You provide your own linen and self clean. An $80 cleaning bond will be refunded a week after you leave.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
PUT THE KEYS BACK IN THE LOCK BOX PLEASE
Your $80 cleaning bond will be paid back a week after the inspection.
Self clean. All dishes out of the dishwasher. All rubbish and recycling must be taken with you. Vacuum the house. Clean bench surfaces. Mop floors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
