Welcome to our newly renovated Vancouver home! Spacious house, including a full kitchen, dining area, and outdoor seating area. Entire upper floor with a private entrance and no shared spaces. Enjoy a foosball table, board games and private patio. Steps from Killarney Community Centre, pool, gym, tennis courts, and track. One-minute walk to buses with easy access to Downtown Vancouver and a 15 minute walk or short bus ride to Skytrain.

The home features 2 large living rooms, a game room with a foosball table, dining room, kitchen and a laundry area, a bright and spacious bathroom with an extra large tub to relax in. The skylights make this home very bright

This layout works well for families and groups, with multiple places to hang out and relax without feeling crowded. Guests have access to all photographed spaces in the listing. The space shown is the space you will be staying in.
