This first floor Kiawah Island vacation rental features 1 bedroom and is just steps from the beach!

Entering into the villa you’re immediately greeted by coastal charm. To the right is the bedroom, followed by the bathroom, and continuing on you’ll find the main living space of the villa. The living area is airy and open, and offers a couch, coffee table, wall-mounted television and access to the screened porch. Also part of the main living space, the fully equipped kitchen is ready to easily prepare meals, your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. A dining table with two chairs and a bench are provided, providing plenty of room for four. Stepping out onto the screened porch you’ll find two chairs and a side table where you can enjoy immersing yourself into the beautiful nature Kiawah Island has to offer.

The bedroom is designed for comfort, with a plush king bed, television for entertainment and easy access to the bathroom. Coastal finishes such as the shiplap ceiling and soothing color palette give the bedroom a relaxed, beach-inspired feel. Accessible from the bedroom, as well as the hallway, the full bathroom offers a beautiful vanity and shower/tub combo with striking tile accents.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
