Extremely disappointing stay. I would NOT recommend this property.
We booked for 3 people for an entire week, and the room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were stains on the floors, dirty dishes stored in a dirty cabinet, and we even found someone’s used dental retainer/teeth guard left under the bathroom sink.
We received only 2 extremely worn and stained towels for 3 people for a full week. There was no body wash, shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, or even TOILET PAPER. After a 10-hour flight, we had to immediately go to a supermarket just to buy basic necessities.
The freezer was completely frozen over and unusable. There were no electrical outlets in the bedroom to charge our phones. Even worse, the marble dining table top was NOT attached to the metal base and could easily move or fall, creating a serious safety hazard.
When we contacted the owner, they simply said the towels were “the hotel’s responsibility.” When we followed up about the other issues, they stopped responding altogether.
Dirty, unsafe, poorly equipped, and terrible customer service. Would never stay here again.
