The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please bring all chairs on the deck inside. You can stack them and leave them inside
Please put away any games used, and if you have used the Surf board and / or boogie boards, please spray them off if there's any sand left on them (you can use the balcony tap to do that).
When you leave, place the keys back in the lock box, close it over and change all of the numbers back to all '0'.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I love providing a space for people to get away from the 9-5 and the pressures of work. To help them enjoy places that I love to go to. Malua Bay is one of the best beaches on the South Coast of NSW. I have thousands of great memories here and my kids do too. I want to share this relaxing and fun experience and provide that environment with all those who come and hang out at the shack.

Why they chose this property

Malua Bay is one of the most prominent and beautiful beaches on the South Coast of NSW. With several cafe and restaurants in walking distance from the house, the Batemans Bay Surf Life Saving Club at the beach, and patrolled beaches, make it the perfect getaway. The walking trails are a great addition to the area, and the beach has great bbq facilities and kids playground. It's a place for young and old, families, young couples and anyone wanting a relaxing trip away from the noise and fast pace of everyday life.

What makes this property unique

Our Malua Bay shack is full of character, amazing ocean views and an entirely relaxing setup. With our internal swing chair to watch the ocean while reading a book, through to the large deck space, everything about our place being relaxing and highly convenient. You can spend all day just hanging out watching the dolphins and whales (and even a Seal or two) from inside the house and out at the balcony. For those who love coast shacks, but want all the improvements for modern living, such as super fast internet, dual climate control systems, premium cooking options and 2 toilets, this is definitely a place you'll want to come back to time and time again.
