Welcome to Amaroo, an Indigenous word meaning "Beautiful Place". This four-bedroom beach house is your private Burleigh Heads retreat, just a 6-minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the National Park. Sleeping up to 8 guests, Amaroo features a tropical plunge pool, cosy cabana and lush rainforest gardens, creating the perfect setting to relax, reconnect and make lasting memories. Families, couples, friends and pets are all welcome.

The light-filled open-plan living area is the heart of the home, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space. A second covered outdoor living area overlooks the tropical plunge pool and features comfortable lounge seating, a Smart TV, BBQ and outdoor dining—perfect for long afternoons and relaxed evenings together.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances, everything you need to prepare meals at home and a welcoming dining space for gathering together. Start your mornings at the cosy coffee nook on the front veranda with a fresh coffee while watching the neighbourhood come to life.

Bedroom 4 - Two single beds in an open sleeping space (please note this room does not currently have a bedroom door).

The master and one other bedroom feature premium Scandinavian Tempur beds, while the remaining bedrooms are fitted with quality new mattresses, all paired with premium hotel-grade linen

Two modern bathrooms are stocked with quality toiletries, fresh towels and thoughtful essentials to help you settle in from the moment you arrive.

Public Transport - Regular bus services operate nearby, providing convenient access to Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Coolangatta and surrounding suburbs.
Driving - Gold Coast Airport is approximately 15 minutes away, while Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Robina Town Centre are both within a 15-minute drive.
Rideshare & Taxis are readily available throughout the area.

Whether you choose to explore on foot, by car or public transport, Amaroo offers a convenient base to experience everything the Gold Coast has to offer.

Many guests choose to leave the car behind and enjoy Burleigh's beaches, cafés, restaurants and National Park on foot.

We've stocked the home with a generous selection of thoughtful extras to help you settle in from the moment you arrive.
Bathrooms - Quality body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, cotton pads, cotton buds, and plenty of toilet paper.
Kitchen - Tea, coffee, sugar, a starter supply of coffee pods and milk, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, a selection of spices, cling wrap, aluminium foil, baking paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning supplies.

Good to know
- Beach towels, boogie boards and a stand-up paddleboard are available for guest use.
- Travelling with your pet? We'd love to host them too. Please let us know in advance, as additional pet fees apply.
- The fourth bedroom features two single beds and is currently configured as an open sleeping space without a bedroom door. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay.
- A guest guide is provided with our favourite cafés, restaurants, beaches and local experiences to help you experience Burleigh like a local.
