To ensure a peaceful stay for both guests and our neighbours, this property is strictly not suitable for parties, events, bucks' weekends, hens' weekends or schoolies bookings.



Please note the following house rules:



🤫 Quiet hours: 9:00 pm – 9:00 am

💦 The outdoor jacuzzi must not be used after 8:00 pm.

🔇 The property is fitted with a Minut noise monitoring device, which measures noise levels only. It does not record conversations or audio, and is used solely to help ensure compliance with the house rules and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours.

⚠️ Any breach of these house rules may result in the immediate termination of your booking without refund, and additional charges may apply where permitted under the booking platform's terms and conditions.
