This well appointed home has 2 private bedrooms and 2 full baths. Spacious living space includes eat-in well equipped kitchen, living room, sitting area, and dining room. Work from home in separate office right off the entrance foyer. Outdoor totally screen enclosed pool with lounge chairs and conversation areas. Pool can be heated (optional charge applies). Area dining options are endless, from festive casual waterfront to award winning fine dining. If fishing is on your to-do list you've hit the jackpot. The Gulf Stream is only a few miles off shore and there are many charter boats to choose from.
