In the heart of the Ile aux Moine, large south-facing stone family house, quiet, with a large garden of 2000m², not overlooked. 5 minutes walk from the large beach and the village.

Very pleasant house where we enjoy every ray of sunshine, it is sheltered from the wind, and always remains quiet.

The living room and the kitchen are on one level on the south-facing terrace. Thanks to its orientation we can enjoy all year round planchas taken in the sun facing the large garden (2000 m2) not overlooked.

On the ground floor: living room with wood stove and kitchen of 50m2, a bedroom with shower room, an entrance, a separate toilet.

The 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets have been recently redone, Italian showers in each bathroom and a small bathtub for small children.

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a separate toilet.

On the terrace, garden table, chairs, plancha.

Equipment, washing machine and dryer.

Baby equipment, bed, high chair, changing table.

In the living room: collection of comics, board games, book, fibre wifi internet.

Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, kettle, American fridge, nespresso, toaster, microwave.

The house is very friendly and warm, we have happy and active family holidays there, there are so many things to do in the gulf and the bay of Quiberon, a treat.

The Ile aux Moines is a dream place where holidays are available, on foot, by bike or on the water, each age will find its own rhythm and escapes in the magnificent setting of the Gulf of Morbihan.
