Garden level of a late 19th century family property set in the middle of a large garden. The entrance is independent. The flat has a lounge/dining room, a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate wc, a kitchen equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The property is approximately 100m2, cool in summer and heated in winter. The apartment has a simple, rustic feel. This flat will suit lovers of authenticity. Peace and quiet guaranteed. 15 minutes' walk from the town centre or the beach. .

Une demeure inspirante pour qui recherche un peu du temps... et du cadre perdus !
Un séjour très agréable... dont on ne révèlera pas tous les attraits tant liés à l'espace de location proposé au sein de cette belle et altière villa "Belle époque" qu'au parc luxuriant qui l'entoure. Mention toute particulière pour notre "hôte" aux attentions si personnalisées.
De quoi réconcilier avec un littoral et un tissu urbain par ailleurs bien dégradés. Mais les rochers et les criques de l'Esterel ne sont pas loin !
