Welcome to a stylish and spacious Freshwater home, perfect for a relaxed Northern Beaches escape. Filled with natural light and multiple living areas, there’s plenty of room for families to unwind. Outside, enjoy the large swimming pool, expansive district views and beautiful sunsets. The outdoor entertaining area features a BBQ, bar fridge and outdoor kitchen, creating the perfect setting for long summer afternoons, alfresco dining and memorable evenings with family and friends.
Maximum 8 guests at the property at all times.
No smoking inside the property.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect our neighbours.
Pets must be kept off furniture, are not permitted upstairs, and all pet waste must be collected.
Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool.
Please do not access locked storage areas or restricted rooms.
Please switch off air conditioning whenever leaving the property.
Take care on outdoor stairs, particularly when wet, as they may become slippery.
At checkout, please leave the keys on the kitchen bench.
Thank you for treating the home with care and respect.
