PROPERTY DETAILS: 3 bedrooms - double; trio bunk (double on the bottom, single on the top); bunk (2 singles). Sleeps 7 (maximum 6 adults, top bunk on trio bunk only suitable for children); Quilts, blankets and pillows provided – BYO sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels OR optional linen hire. Bathroom with toddler bath, shower (over bath), vanity and toilet. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in living area. Open plan living area comprising lounge room, dining and kitchen with sea views; Lounge and armchair seating; Board games; Books; CD player and radio. Well equipped kitchen with electric stove and cooktop, and large fridge with freezer on top; Coffee machine and coffee plunger (guests need to bring ground coffee for both machine and plunger); Kitchen appliances including kettle, 4-slice toaster and sandwich press. Large undercover entertaining area overlooking beach with uninterrupted coastal views; Dining table and seating; Weber Q gas barbeque; Deck chair; Sun lounge. Fire pit (guests need to bring their own wood and observe fire regulations). Unfenced yard. Absolute beachfront location with steps to the beach. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars, with room for a boat; No guest access to garage. Short drive to boat launching facilities at Black Point boat ramp. Sorry, pets not permitted.

DIRECTIONS: From Pine Point, turn off to the left (less than 1 km south) to Black Point. Follow the road past the boat ramp and caravan park continuing to Jack’s Shack at number 127 on the left, with a yellow holiday rental sign by the driveway.
