Welcome home to your adventure in the Capital city, where your daily living needs are preserved within our various luxury rooms. Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, our dwellings are complete with local artwork, Apple TVs, local Small Planes coffee, Fellow Pour Over Sets, Parachute linens, Public Goods amenities, and high-end furnishing from Interior Define, Blue Dot, CB2, and more. This two-bedroom suite includes a complete kitchen, two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. For added comfort, our suites are filled with lush textures, soothing hues, and Victorian elements inspired by nearby Logan Circle.

Garage parking is available, but spots are very limited. Parking will need to be reserved and paid for in advance. Please contact us if you're interested in adding parking to your reservation.

We offer a seamless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system. We will be available by email and text should you need anything before and during your experience.

The property was great but the property manage /owner (Black Swan) was very disorganized. They lost track of my payment and didn’t alert me to the issue. Luckily I called the night before my stay and they told me there was an issue (the issue was on their side, not mine, my payment cleared in Dec 2021). This was ultimately resolved but was an unnecessary source of stress the night before my vacation

FANTASTIC Weekend Stay

A few friends and I stayed here over a Weekend. The apartment was offered everything as Advertised. Cleanliness was Superb! Excellent and Safe Location restaurants, bars, shopping in walking distance. Concierges were very pleasant and helpful. The building was clean and well cared for inside/outside. Update appliances, Very comfortable beds, bedrooms with a view and high end furniture/decor throughout. Highly recommended. Communication with management was excellent, quick Replies.
