Immediately to your right, a comfortable living retreat with smart TV offers the ideal space to relax, while the home’s lower accommodations unfold down the corridor. Three well-proportioned bedrooms reside on this level - including BR 2 with its own exterior access, while bedrooms 3 and 4 enjoy direct access to the pool area - all serviced by a central full bathroom and a dedicated laundry room with convenient outdoor access. Beyond the hallway and third bedroom, step outside to a generous, covered deck stretching across the rear, perfect for shady outdoor gatherings.
Ascending the internal staircase brings you straight into the home's impressive upper level, where an expansive open-plan living and dining area awaits. The chef’s kitchen flows seamlessly off the dining space, keeping the cook right at the heart of the action. Tucked privately to the side, the primary bedroom suite enjoys easy access to a full upper-level bathroom. Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, the top floor opens out on both sides, with a seamless flow to covered balconies ideal for alfresco entertaining. Relax on the peaceful rear covered balcony overlooking the sparkling in-ground swimming pool, or host friends and family on the large covered entertaining deck overlooking the front.

Upstairs, the home opens into an inviting, sun-drenched living space crafted for effortless connection and easy-going leisure. Bathed in natural light, this main lounge is anchored by comfortable seating that invites you to stretch out, chat or simply slow down to a slower pace.
Seamlessly connected to both the kitchen and dining areas, it serves as the vibrant heart of the home, where bifold doors slide completely back to connect the room directly to the rear deck and welcome the cool cross-breezes inside.

Equipped for open-air BBQs and long, relaxed dinners, it serves as the ultimate gathering space for the whole group to come together, enjoy the breeze, and make memories from day to night.

Parking
You'll find convenient off-street parking available on the driveway, providing space for one vehicle, with additional on-street parking easily accessible right outside the property.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate up to 8 guests including visitors and prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,500 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
