Fully renovated property just a 200m level stroll to beach and a 50m level stroll around the corner to the lake.
ALL LINEN INCLUDED-LOVELY FLUFFY WHITE TOWELS AND CRISPY WHITE SHEETS-professionally laundered.

Just one hour north of Sydney....Lovely north facing original 4 bedroom beach house that has been completely renovated. You get the beachy feel with all the modern conveniences, such as fully ducted air conditioning, dishwasher and 2 smart TVs.

Leave the car in the secure off street area all week if you wish as you can stroll to the end of the road (level 200m walk) to the beautiful beach. If you prefer you can wander around the corner to the clean and safe swimming lake (level 50m walk). It's an easy walk to patrolled areas at either end of the beach as well as the natural rock pool that is perfect for toddlers. You can easily walk across the beach to Avoca where you will find tennis courts, cafes, shops, markets (last Sunday of the month) and the historic picture theatre.

The beautiful village of Terrigal is just over the hill (2 minutes drive) where you can book in to dive the HMAS Adelaide. There are many reputable restaurants and cafes in the area. Why not take a whale watching tour?

Please note that the longer you stay the less you pay per day.

The fully fenced yard and BBQ area is perfect for those hot summer afternoons with a shady spot to finish the day. The property is north facing so you get the sun in winter and the shade in summer.

It is an easy one hour drive from Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

This is a genuine beach house from the 1950s that we have fully renovated. It is a level stroll to the beach. The tranquil lake that divides North and South Avoca Beach is just around the corner (50m stroll). You can walk around the lake and hire paddle boats, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.
