New villa (2021), bright, 3-star rated, on a large wooded lot in a quiet area, ideally located: 300 m from the Seignosse-Hossegor-Capbreton bike path, 600 m from Les Barthes and the forest (mountain bike trails). Shops in Soorts are 700 m away. Golf, tennis, lake (beaches for children and water sports) + Hossegor town centre 1 km away, beaches 3 km away.

Petite maison très agréable et bien équipée

Très belle vacances dans une région magnifique . Océan à 2 Km , Bayonne à 30 Km . Mélange de plage et de nature . On recommande vivement cette location pour les amoureux de la nature. Madame Laroque et Monsieur Robert sont très accueillants . Merci à eux . Sophie et Frédéric.
