Excellent location. Very nice property. The private parking and deck around the back was a real plus. Communications with the property manager was excellent with quick responses. The living and dinning room was great for our family gathering and evening games. Would definitely stay there again. Only improvements I would recommend would be either a key pad entry or two keys. Handing off and coordinating the one key was a bit of a pain. Also the upstairs shower head pressure was very low and the owner said they would be addressing that.

Close to downtown accessible to lots of restaurants. Parking spot is a little tight for large SUV [Tahoe] but we managed. Trolley ride is a must to see lots of downtown. Short drive over to Tybee Island… the Crab Shack is a must on Tybee Island. We enjoyed our stay.. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Savannah.

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed this charming little duplex. It had real personality. The only thing we dealt with was the water pressure in the shower upstairs. It was just a trickle. The only other recommendation that I could make would be to have a second key available to us. There was only one in the lockbox. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Savannah for another annual trip.

Perfect house for me and 3 other ladies! We were able to walk to many places or take a short Lyft ride (only because it was hot) - otherwise we would have walked everywhere. Love that the car had a place to park behind gates. Felt very safe.

There is not a homeless camp across the street. The City of Savannah is starting work on a housing & commercial project for the neighborhood.

Clean house and a good location for walking around town. Be aware that if you’re going to have more than one vehicle, you will have to find parking elsewhere. That ended up costing us a pretty penny.

There is free parking one block away on Liberty street, or you can purchase a visitor's parking pass at the city parking office.

Did not meet the host. The home was great, you could tell they put a lot into making sure that most anything you would need was already there. It was appointed beautifully, including art on the walls and a piano to play! Beds were comfortable.
