We will provide you with bed linen, towels and beach towels provided.
Under the arbour, you will have crockery for 10 people, all the utensils, saucepan, electric, very powerful available., to avoid accidents in barbecue maintenance.

This "bohemian" house will bring you zenitude for a quiet holiday. Everything is gathered in this property:
- A fully landscaped exterior,
-Petanque court,
- The outdoor bar to enjoy convivial moments with friends,
-Cosy corners to read a book
-And above all, no vis-à-vis.
-Swimming pool 5 × 3 m.

Your hostess will receive for the inventory of fixtures, a deposit check will be requested and not cashed The amount of the rent. She will be at your disposal for any information or advice.
During the summer period, she takes care of watering the house and maintaining the swimming pool every other day if you wish.
(discreet, it only takes 10 minutes, or you can keep it in your care... the pretty plants need it when night falls...)

We are looking for respectful hosts, because the artist's house is a small setting, and the owners expect in return the greatest respect for the place.
You also have to plan for cleaning.

I keep control of the options, pets before validating the reservations

Jolie maison originale avec piscine et entièrement clos si vous avez un chien.Terrasse abritée, clim à l'intérieur. Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et hôtesse très réactive.Environnement calme et proche du centre de Nîmes.

Herzlicher Empfang von sehr liebenswürdiger Vermieterin.Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in farbenfroher Atmosphäre und mit liebevollen Details.Außenbereich mit mehreren gemütlichen, beschatteten Sitzbereichen und praktischer Sommerküche.Sogar ein Boule-Platz vorhanden.Stadtnah und trotzdem in ruhiger und grüner Lage.

Ce lieu unique est ma résidence principale, chargée d’histoire et de poésie. Chaque objet, chaque œuvre a une âme. J’y accueille avec joie des voyageurs sensibles et respectueux.

Nichée dans un écrin de verdure, la maison offre un confort absolu dans un calme total, entourée de papillons, d’oiseaux et d’un petit écureuil parfois. Les voisins sont discrets, et nous partageons tous un profond respect du lieu.

• Ménage obligatoire : 150 € (non inclus, à partir de 7 nuits)
• Option linge de maison : 90 € (à demander avant)
→ Inclut 2 lits faits, serviettes de bain & serviettes de piscine

Why they chose this property

Pourquoi j’ai choisi ce quartier ?
Parce qu’il est rare de trouver un endroit aussi paisible, lumineux et préservé, à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville. Ici, on est entouré par la garrigue, les pins, les parfums du Sud… et un silence habité, apaisant.

Ce que j’aime le plus, c’est cette sensation d’être ailleurs, en pleine nature, tout en étant proche de tout. Le matin, ce sont les chants d’oiseaux qui me réveillent. Le soir, les couchers de soleil sur la colline sont souvent spectaculaires. On croise parfois un petit écureuil ou une biche au loin.

C’est un quartier de gens discrets, respectueux, souvent créatifs. Chacun vit dans son cocon, en harmonie avec la nature. On se salue, on se respecte, et c’est ce qui rend l’ambiance si douce.

C’est un lieu de ressourcement, parfait pour créer, méditer, ou simplement se reconnecter à l’essentiel. Et c’est exactement ce que je souhaite partager avec ceux qui viennent séjourner ici.

Ce qui rend ma maison unique, c’est avant tout son âme.
Ce n’est pas une simple location : c’est ma maison principale, un lieu vivant, artistique et soigneusement habité, que j’ai choisi d’ouvrir à des voyageurs respectueux et sensibles.

Chaque objet, chaque détail raconte une histoire. Mon univers artistique est présent dans chaque recoin, avec une attention particulière à la beauté, au confort et à l’harmonie. C’est une maison chaleureuse, inspirante, pleine de caractère, où l’on se sent tout de suite bien.

Située en pleine garrigue, dans un environnement naturel exceptionnel, la maison offre un calme absolu, sans vis-à-vis, bercée par le chant des oiseaux et le souffle du vent dans les pins. Et pourtant, le centre-ville n’est qu’à quelques minutes. Ce contraste rare entre nature et accessibilité fait toute la différence.

Le jardin, les plantes, la piscine, l’ambiance du lieu… tout invite à ralentir, à respirer, à savourer l’instant.

Enfin, je propose un accompagnement discret et bienveillant : arrosage des plantes, soin de la piscine, attention portée aux petits détails qui rendent le séjour plus doux.

Ce lieu, je l’ai créé avec amour. Et je suis heureuse de le partager avec ceux qui sauront en prendre soin.
