We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Please contact us anytime for more information. Most homes require guests to be at least 24 years old.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Our Summer Beach Vacation

Everything about this property is A+!! The home is tastefully decorated & furnished & has all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is quiet & the location is close to several restaurants, a bakery & grocery store & also not too far from the beach. We enjoyed relaxing outside on the wrap-around deck whether for our morning coffee or a great lunch or dinner that was prepared in the sunny & bright kitchen. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a charming place to stay in Pacific City & we will definitely be back again!! Thank You.😍

Great stay in Pacific City

We really enjoyed our stay at this Pacific City cottage. It was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect- minutes from the beach and very quiet. The deer greeted us each morning and we enjoyed our meals on the spacious outdoor patio. It was a good central location for exploring the Oregon coast.

Lovely cottage with charming touches

The house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had really nice little touches (like live plants and cute decorations). This didn't bother me, but the beds are very soft-- might be good to know if you like firmer mattresses. Lots of kitchen equipment and a coffee maker, but bring your own coffee and kitchen staples like salt and sugar. Would definitely stay here again!

short coast get away

The property was in a great location in pacific city. It was walking distance to the beach and a good quick get away. I really appreciated the ability to recycle as well. Unfortunately, I felt like the place was not clean. For example, there was not a new sponge at the sink. In addition the floor mop had the old dirty cloth on the bottom of it. Given COVID has extra cleaning requirements I was sad to see that these small items were left out and am hopeful that they can change processes in the future. In addition, check in and check out was in person. When I went to checkout the people in the office were not wearing masks. Again given covid--I would hope that the check in and checkout process could be made contact free.
