3 floors with a full bath on each will comfortably accommodate multiple families or generations.
A kitchenette on the first floor makes sharing even easier. 1st floor beds and bath, and pool table. High ceilings and lots of natural light make the gathering space lovely.

Central AC and heat, 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths.
Granite counters, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and gas stove in the main kitchen. Washer & dryer, pool table, wi-fi, Smart TVs, private king retreat on third floor, parking for 2 cars. Natural gas outdoor grill-no tanks to change. Two patios, one front deck, and one balcony deck.

*Very close to Cherry Park and Perry Park-both with playgrounds, quick walk to the shore of Lake Erie, walking distance to downtown Lakeside pier and beach. Close to downtown Marblehead shops, tavern, and restaurants.

Three bedrooms: floor 2 bedroom #1) Queen bed, floor 2: bedroom #2) 2 twin beds, floor 3 bedroom #3) King bed. One first floor flexible living room/studio style space with curtain room dividers to provide privacy for the queen fold-out sofa, private divided space with 3 twin bunkbeds (6 total twins) and full bath. Two twin beds in 3rd floor loft area. Large front deck, front and back patios.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This place had everything we needed and more! The layout of the house was perfect. The whole family loved the pool table! Communication with the owner was excellent. We all had enough space to hang out and really enjoyed the upper deck. We would recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

The home was very clean! She literally has EVERYTHING that you need. I enjoy cooking from my family, and I normally pack my own cookware, but she has an exceptional grade of cookware. it definitely felt like a home away from home.

Perfect cottage for family vacation with kids

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was perfect for vacationing with our four year old and seventh month daughters and their grandparents. The cottage has lots of toys and kid/ baby supplies, had a great grandparents suite on the bottom floor, and is in a great location that—although a little further from the main downtown—is near the water, two parks, and the big pool facility, and is just a short golf cart ride or reasonable stroll from the downtown area. I loved showing my family all Lakeside and the surrounding area had to offer with this great cottage as a home base.

Great home, great location.

Spent 3 great days in late September with our family. The information provided by Kathy about the booking, amenities, and house was exactly as detailed in the VRBO communications. The space was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. A great by the Lake house with easy access to excellent sunsets and relaxing strolls.

What makes this property unique

Playing pool on a rainy day and watching the sunrise from the front deck are some of our favorite things to do here. Having two nearby parks with playgrounds, picnic tables, and grills is really handy. Being just a few short blocks from Lake Erie is wonderful. This house has a great floor plan for getting together or getting a little space from each other as needed :)
