House for 2-4 persons: approx. 70 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with air conditioning, kitchen and fireplace, a bathroom with shower, and a large covered terrace with barbecue. The first floor offers a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and access to a smaller room with sofa bed (140 x 200 cm).

WiFi available free of charge. Fenced garden (80 m2) with garden furniture and two deckchairs. Parking available opposite the house.


Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.

Das Haus und die Zimmer waren sauber. Eine Fliegengittertüre am Eingang wäre super und am Dachfenster könnte man Fliegengitter anbringen.Denn die Stechmücken sind um diese Jahreszeit doch sehr lästige Viecher. Die Küche hatte alles was man benötigt. Das Bad könnte eine kleine Renovierung vertragen. Haustierfreundlich. Supermarket in Fußnähe. Konoba in Fußnähe.Rovinj ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gastgeber/Vermieter sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert. Spricht gut Deutsch sowie Englisch. Ist über WhatsApp verfügbar und antwortet sehr schnell! Garten ist nicht groß, allerdings völlig ausreichend. Die Hunde können dort frei herumlaufen, ohne das diese entkommen können.Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen und war für unsere Ansprüche völlig ausreichend.

Wunderschöne (klimatisierte) Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage, toller Garten, sauber - perfekt

Tolle Ferienwohnung, mit kleinem eingezäunten Garten, perfekt für Hunde. Ungestört draußen frühstücken, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe (fußläufig). Zweistöckige Wohnung, mit praktischer Küche und allem was man braucht. Durch die Klimaanlage ist auch bei warmen Temperaturen erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Absolute Weiterempfehlung und sympathischer Gastgeber :-)

Un gîte au calme près de la côte d'Istrie

Une maison très agréable, au calme, avec un jardin, dans un village avec un supermarché et le tout à quelques minutes de Rovinj, surpeuplée. La climatisation est un plus en été.
