Rovinj. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The neighboring property is left in its natural state with goats, chickens, cats and horses that make their home there Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). Parking is available on the property.
