About this property

The old rectory is a former rectory, which is a listed building and has been completely renovated in recent years. It is located in the center of Untertilliach and has five double rooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a living room and a large veranda. During the renovation, care was taken to preserve the substance of the building and the character of the house, so that it offers a very special quality of life and atmosphere. The equipment of the house is upscale and meets the expectations of the guest. In addition to the dishwasher and washing machine, there is also a stereo, satellite TV, DVD player and Nespresso machine.

Komfortables und geräumiges traumhaftes altes Haus

Ein durchweg entspannter Aufenthalt mit freundlicher persönlicher Betreuung. Das schöne Haus voller Atmosphäre ist bestens ausgestattet. Mit der Bushaltesteele vor dem Haus waren das ganze Tal und Sillian gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbares altes Pfarrhaus in den Bergen mit viel Platz

Wir haben zu viert eine großartige Urlaubswoche in dem Haus verbracht. Es liegt, wie beschrieben, direkt neben der Kirche in Untertilliach im Lesachtal, oben auf dem Kamm verläuft die Grenze zu Südtirol. Es gibt einen alten Hausteil mit den Wohn- und Schlafzimmern und einen neuen, renovierten Teil, dazu zählen die Küche und die 2 Bäder. Man kann wirklich problemlos 10 Personen in 5 Zimmern unterbringen und hätte trotzdem viel Platz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, es gibt sogar 2 Kaffeemaschinen (1 Vollautomat, 1 mit Kapseln). Man kann sehr gut wandern oder nach Südtirol rüberfahren oder nach Lienz, alles gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief bestens, er war immer gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles, Engelbert, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Für uns als Familie perfekt!

Wir hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz, das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und dem historischen Charakter entsprechend möbliert und dekoriert. Ruhige Lage, sehr nette Nachbarn, ein toller, sehr freundlicher und äußerst aufmerksamer Verwalter - alles in allem ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Fijn verblijf in riant ruime voormalige pastorie

Ruim huis, waar je al het ware in de historie leeft. Wel voldoende keukenapparatuur. Wifi functioneerde tijdens ons verblijf helaas niet goed. Authentieke omgeving, met veel wandelmogelijkheden.
