A warm welcome at Lotus Residence, Sillian, Austria.
Our large apartment is located at 3300 ft. in the middle of the beautiful dolomites picks of East–Tirol and of the famous Three Picks.
The Residence is of recent construction in massive wood with natural insulation
which provides a pleasant living even during the hard winter months.
At just 5 minutes away you are at the skiing area of Thurntaler Mountain, which
provides several ski lopes.
For those who love country-ski there are miles of lopes across beautiful valleys,
including the wonderful Fiscalina Valley, which is nearby.
The small village offers you the possibility of relax out of stressing traffic or smog;
at the same time you could have a taste of the local traditions and folklore, for instance by visiting the city of Lienz at about 30 minutes driving.

Sehr große geräumige Wohnung mit großer Küche und Bad. Alles sehr neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und mit Auto und Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Sehr ruhige Lage am Rand des Ortes aber trotzdem Geschäfte und Gasthäuser in Laufnähe. Drau-Fahrradweg direkt erreichbar.

Wir waren begeistert! Sehr sauber, ausreichend groß auch für 5 Personen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein netter kleiner Garten mit Aussicht auf die Berge. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wir waren in einer sehr schönen großen Ferienwohnung untergebracht. Das Wetter bhat gepasst, so dass wir viele Ausflüge in die Dolomiten unternehmen konnten. Wir können nur jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Easter Trip

Schöne große Wohnung, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Leider ist die Wand zwischen den 2 Schlafzimmern relativ dünn, weshalb man die Schlafgeräusche vom Nachbarraum dennoch hört. Ansonsten hatten wir aber ziemlich viel Platz, auch die Küche ist sehr groß und hell. Zur Osterzeit selber ist der Wintertrubel bereits weg, sprich wir sahen ziemlich wenig Menschen auf den Straßen, was dazu führte das Restaurants im Ort auch kaum auf hatten. Wir waren daher häufig auf italienischer Seite essen. Dennoch kann ich die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Danke

Sehr toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geräumig und gerade für eine kleine Gruppe von 4 Leuten absolut perfekt. Wenn man selbst kochen möchte muss man sich jedoch vorab um Salz, Pfeffer, Öl bzw. Backpapier kümmern. Das könnte für zukünftige Aufenthalte vielleicht noch zur Verfügung gestellt werden :) Ansonsten war die Wohnung echt klasse und es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Tutto bene a parte il fatto di non essere riusciti a entrare nel sito di vrbo per vedere come fare il check in. Arrivati in loco non abbiamo trovato nessuno per le chiavi.il numero americano del proprietario non rispondeva rispondeva causa fuso orario. Per fortuna due condomini del residence hanno telefonato a destra e sinistra. Dopo una ora e mezza e molte telefonate siamo riusciti ad avere le chiavi

L'appartamento è in posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Accogliente e con tutto il necessario per una serena vacanza. Ben riscaldato e con doppio bagno uno dei quali provvisto sia di doccia che di vasca. Nessun problema di tempi di attesa dopo una intensa giornata sulla neve.
