Lakeside Retreat

This is a lovely house, right beside the lake, surrounded by amenities and in easy access of great days out. Patrick and his family were so welcoming. We could have stayed longer and would love to return.

Lovely stay on Lake Geneva

Spent 10 nights at perfectly located lakefront house. Within short walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and parks. We enjoyed local sauna by lake and drives to Geneva and Montreux. Accommodation has well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds, Patrick, owner, responds promptly to all communications. Highly recommend this property.

Sehr gute Betreuung und Organisation durch den Gastgeber. Immer erreichbar via e-Mail oder per WhatsApp. Uns ist eine Auflaufform und ein Handtuchhalter kaputt gegangen, was extrem kulant gehandhabt wurde. Hier noch mal Danke an Patrick!Die Lage ist super, nur die Hauptstraße trennt einen vom See. Von der hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber nichts. Weg zum Strand in Publier ist auch für Kinder (10 Jahre) gut zu schaffen - ca. 10 Minuten. Man kann zudem gut mit dem Auto anfahren, Parkplätze sind kostenfrei. Der Strand ist bewacht, hat Duschen (draußen), Toiletten und ein kleines Restaurant/Buvette. Wir waren fast jeden Tag im See. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Großer Wohnbereich und großer Esszimmertisch. Die Küche ist ebenfalls groß und extrem gut ausgestattet. Wir haben jeden Tag gekocht. Rundherum kleiner Balkon. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Stühle , Bänke, Tisch, Liegestühle , Grill - alles vorhanden. Kleiner Gemüsegarten mit sehr leckeren Tomaten, die wir ernten durften. Die Schlafzimmer haben ausreichend Platz für Gepäck, die Betten sind gemütlich. Bettengrösse genau so, wie in der App beschrieben. Parken: direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Sehr sicher, da man das kleine Tor schließen kann.Supermarkt : knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg, darin ist auch eine Backtheke. Ein eigenständiger Bäcker ist etwas weiter, plus ca. 3-4 Minuten. Zur Begrüßung hat uns Patrick einen Crémant de Loire überreicht - sehr gastfreundlich, Merci!Super Unterkunft! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tres bonne accueil de notre hôte. Tres belle maison, sur le bord du lac, entre Evian et Thonon, belle emplacement, Abondance, un tour de bateau en Suisse, Montreux Lausanne. Top. Sans parler de l'aiguille du midi, la mer de glaceaa 1H 30 de la maison. Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances. glace à 1H

Maison agreable

Accueil parfait et la maison a tout le confort et de grands espaces. De plus elle se situe à proximite du lac et de commerces. Nous avons pu profiter de la petite plage à Amphion et faire du paddle. L'environnement est parfait, d'autres activités sont possibles. Nous avons pu decouvrir les environs sans faire trop de trajet en voiture. C'est une belle region, la visite d"yvoire est à faire sans hesiter et prendre le bateau pour se promener à lausanne est auss un incontournable.

logement parfait

Le logement est équipé comme à la maison. Le propriétaire et sa maman sont très réactifs à nos demandes. Jardin super agréable et bien apprécié aussi par nos chiens. Proche du lac; de la Suisse. Merci pour tout car nous avons passés une agréable semaine.

Comme à la maison

Très bien accueillis, nous n'avions plus qu'à poser nos valises, et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Patrick est très discret et bienveillant, soucieux de notre bien-être durant notre séjour. Merci également à sa maman pour ses conseils. En raison de mon état de santé, nous n'avons pas pu faire grand-chose aux alentours, nous serons donc "obligés" de revenir avec grand plaisir. Un très grand merci surtout d'avoir accepté notre chienne, qui a profité de la fraicheur de la cuisine d'été.
