About this property

Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathTownhome, heated pool! Close to the beach, boat slip!

This very spacious and waterfront 4 bedroom 3 bath townhome with it's own 14’x24’ slip is just a short walk to the beach. Sleeps up to 16 guests max. Minimum 2 night stay required. No pets and smoking(of any kind) allowed. So come relax in our quiet little townhome community. Only five other units around us, heated pool. Perfect for family vacations, family reunions, girls trips, fishing trips, etc. Great for fishing, kayaking, etc. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Two paddle boards with life jackets for your enjoyment. Walking up stairs required. Permit number 2022-305506. Instructions and address will be sent a couple days prior to check in. No elevators, must be able to walk up stairs.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start a load of towels in washer
Clean and put away all dishes used
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$100 extra fee for not following any of the house rules plus additional fees for late departure. Fees TBD by cleaner day of departure. NO FIREWORKS.
Start load of towels and strip sheets prior to checkout. No parking in drive area, cars will be subject to towing. $100 not following house rules
Must take trash out to the dumpster located on side of building at main road. 14 and under not allowed in pool area without adult(21 and up)

My family enjoyed the stay. The house was clean, kitchen was fully equipped, the kids enjoyed the pool. The host was great. If we had any questions she would respond very quickly. If we plan another trip we would definitely choose this location.

The house was just as it was shown in the pictures. It was nice that the pool was heated for the kids. The large garage was very accommodating of all the different water sport gear brought. Having space for two cars side by side in front of the garage was nice compared with another rental we had around the corner. Very safe area. There were a couple of issues the owner was quick to take care of or said they'd fix after departure.

Overall the property was clean. The rooms were a nice size and there were plenty of beds to accommodate our group. The king size bed frames are a bit unfriendly and our shins did not appreciate them. We loved the style but were not use to them, lol. The kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock. The pool clarity was a bit cloudy but it rained the day prior, so that is to be expected. Though the no parking area is clearly defined and included in the property details, other guests on the property did not care. A black truck parked in front of our unit and made it difficult to back into the garage. None of the issues with will prevent us from renting this property again. I highly recommend the property. The location was walking distance to the beach, close the restaurants, and right on the water. The host were great and we look forward to future trips.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious and comfortably slept 9, with beds to spare. Our only issue was that there is no gas grill as stated in the listing. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, but I would suggest bringing your own knives. The location and pool area are great. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay by the beach.

The place can literally accommodate 16 guest comfortably and has the best views of the canal and jetty, has nice pool area, dock for boat rentals, and the rental place is very close by the property. Will definitely use this rental again when we get another chance to visit Corpus Christi.

Great beach rental!!

We had an amazing time at this beach townhome. It was very clean and we enjoyed the paddle boards that came with the home. Will return here again! Host was very kind and attentive as well.

The location is great, the property is taken care of, and we try to make this house an annual stay. Two years in a row already... hope to go back next year. Also, the property manager (AD) is the best!

Property was well maintained, beautiful and spacious. The amenities were accurate. Pictures are so not donit justice. Welcoming, come stay with me feel as soon as you walk in. Most places specify basics are covered for 1 day, need to bring more, i.e. dish soap, bathroom/shower necessities ECT...everything was covered. Communication between host and I was never a problem. The views were amazing, a dolphin swims in the area every morning. Will be doing this again!!

Padre Island Stay

We had a wonderful time with our family at the town house. When we first arrived, I had to contact the property manager on several occasions. She was very prompt in answering and I appreciated that. The town home is very clean except for the sectional in the living room and the throw pillows on it. It is time to replace! The beds were very comfortable and the layout is great. We hope to return again next summer with family members!

Great stay! Walking distance to beach

I would absolutely recommend this property as well as stay here again. Host was easy to contact and very communicative. We loved the home and amenities such as the great pool over looking the canal. It was also an easy walk to the beach! Probably about 5 minutes to walk straight down one street, truly too easy. If you’re reading this, don’t hesitate to book & stay here!!!
