Gulf Winds East #43 is a spacious 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome is great for families needing a little extra space. Sleep up to 6 (max 4 adults) with 2 King beds, Twin Bunks and Sleeper Sofa. Each bedroom has a KING bed, an ensuite bath and a private partial water view balcony. The second bedroom offers twin over twin bunk beds for children only.

PRIVATE GATED BEACH and BEACHSIDE GAZEBO is just across the street - less than 2 minutes door to sand.

LIVING AREA is furnished with modern coastal furniture. You can enjoy a family night with a 55" Smart TV.

KITCHEN includes granite, stainless appliances and has plenty of cookware for a family meal.

BEDROOM #1 is upstairs with KING bed and a private bath. There is also a 55" Smart TV and plenty of storage. Bistro seating for morning coffee on your private water view balcony.

BEDROOM #2 is just across the hall with a KING BED along with TWIN BUNKS and a private bath. A 50" Smart TV and partial gulf view balcony.

Gulf Winds East complex has a large seasonally heated Pool for our guests to enjoy.

Walk to Captain Dave's, Kenny D's and Pompano Joes. We are centrally located to all things Destin - just a short drive to shopping, dining and family fun.

We offer contactless check-in for your safety! Your Welcome Packet is emailed prior to your arrival.

**SUPPLIES**

A starter package of paper products is provided but not replenished. We recommend you bring extra paper products for an enjoyable stay.

Linens for the condo are provided. Beach towels are not provided and bath towels are not permitted to be taken to the beach. Extra charge for damaged linens.

**DEPARTURE CLEANING**

Our cleaning company will prepare the townhome for your arrival. We ask you leave it in a neat condition.

We do ask that you take out garbage and load dishwasher & start cycle.

Please remember this is our family vacation home and we expect you to treat it as your would your own.

Great townhouse, great location

We loved our stay, the townhouse was equipped with everything we needed, and the location was great. Close access to the beach, loved that is was private beach access that was something we were looking for when renting. The beach service was a extra added thing that we used every day. Check and and check out was seamless. The one bedroom with the bunks worked perfect for our kids, the master doesn’t have bunks but maybe that’s something they could add later that would be a added plus? It still had plenty of room with the couch downstairs. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!!

Well taken care of unit!

This is a well taken care of unit. There was a lower priced unit available but went with this one since updates were very appealing! I will definitely book this unit again! Owner was very welcoming over email!

Vacation

The property was exactly what i was expecting from the pictures. Nothing misleading. I was not disappointed with anything. The house was clean and comfortable. The beach was just a short and convenient walk. I appreciated how this unit was on the end as it made parking right infront of our unit easy and private. The private beach and chair/umbrella set up was wonderful! I will never book another stay without that! Mrs. Belinda was super sweet and easy to communicate with. I will definitely consider this unit again 🌞

Wonderful Stay

Our family stayed 5 nights over spring break. Communication with host was top notch. Very clean condo, heated pool was perfect for the kids, beach chair service was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend!

Our family has vacationed in the Destin area for too many years to count. We fell in love with Destin the first visit and always dreamed of owning a beach property. We brought our boys to Destin to learn to fish, enjoy the sugar white sand and make tons of family memories. They are now adults and will hopefully make their own family memories in Destin.

We jumped at the chance to own our own piece of Destin paradise in 2013 after owning beach property in another area. Chances are if we are not home in Alabama we are enjoying our home away from home in Destin.

Why they chose this property

We were looking to find our semi-retirement home. 2 Barefeet Retreat provided us the space we needed to enjoy longer visits and allow family and friends to visit. Having a private beach was also important. The beachside Gazebo makes watching those beautiful sunsets so much more enjoyable.
