The newly refurbished interior of Gulf Winds 23 is so ‘on point’ and HGTV worthy that you’ll find yourself sighing “ahh...this is the place to be.” Plus, all the sought after amenities- a spacious, sun-lit pool deck steps from the front door; beach access that is only a minute’s walk away and a coveted location close to restaurants and shops along the beach road- are all right here!

Amazingly, those fabulous facets aren’t the best part of this Destin beach vacation rental! The detail in this place is so alluring- the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white shiplap and an iridescent blue backsplash; the first floor living room boasts a cool abstract beach art, plenty of seating and a wine fridge; the two bedrooms upstairs each have a private bathroom, balconies and magazine-worthy linens and decor.

Yes, this is a place where you can really relax! A place that strikes the balance of beach decor done right and all the necessities of home. Moreover, Gulf Winds East is a quiet, townhome community that is situated nice and close to the beach, pristine golf courses, several outdoor malls and beachfront restaurants.

This rental has parking for 1 vehicle.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
