Great Location - Great Views

Nicolas was extremely helpful to me during the stay: I had a head cold while I was there and he kindly helped me navigate the cold and was typical Haute Savoie - Super nice.

Un grand bol d'air !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison spacieuse et confortable sur les hauteurs de Menthon St Bernard. La vue sur le Château de Menthon est imprenable et le home cinéma avec clim très appréciable ! L'environnement était magnifique et nous avons adoré la région autour du lac d'Annecy. Le seul bémol serait peut-être le besoin systématique de la voiture pour se déplacer (ou s'équiper d'un vélo électrique car la montée est rude !).

Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, la maison est propre et fonctionnelle. Petit point d'amélioration aérer en grand lorsque le chauffage est remit en route avant l'arrivée des locataires pour éviter les odeurs de fioul.
