Hello Michelle and Family. We are so happy that you enjoyed your short stay here with us, overlooking the shoreline of the Atlantic Ocean and hearing the waves during the night. You have a place here on St Thomas, now.
Lorna was a lovely host. We both like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Full-size washer and dryer made our stay easy and didn’t require us to bring much in the way of clothes. There were three bedrooms with nice beds and a rollaway and 10 inflatable mattress. They were nice views from all windows. We came during January which is a breezier time so there were no issues with mosquitoes on the patio. Lorna was attentive to our every need and we would stay here again. Getting to the condo is a bit challenging especially in the dark so a car is a must. Once you get your landmarks down, it’s easy to find again. The condo is near Thirteen, one of our favorite restaurants and it’s a quick drive downtown.

I am so happy to hear that This wonderful and loving couple enjoyed their stay here with us. Because we are located just a stone throw from the coastline of the Atlantic Ocean, we always get a cool, refreshing and salty breeze. I am also glad that you took advantage of all balconies and all the utensils and facilities on hand. Please come back anytime you so choose. Thank you for your kindness and taking care of your home away from home.
Absolutely loved my stay at Lorna’s. I stayed with my husband, my bestfriends, our children and my father. The drive there was a bit rough but that’s the island for you in general. The area is very quiet. Lorna was great with communication and very accommodating when need be. Grab your tea and watch the amazing view, I definitely recommend.
Exceptionally well appointed and fully stocked no house with plenty a room for the entire family, comfortable beds exceptional views and everything you need in the kitchen. You definitely will need a car to get to this property however it’s worth the drive
The listing is accurate for the views and Lorna the host is very attentive. This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for seclusion and leaving daily for island adventures. This is not a good location to hang out if you are a group of six. There are multiple small decks to enjoy the views from but not as a group. Lorna was kind enough to locate us and have us follow her to the location because it did not come up on google or waze when we were driving there. We headed to Caret bay but could not locate the Villa by map or gps. The road to the Villa is a bit rough and the day we were leaving they were shutting it down to work on the electricity. If we had been five minutes late checking out at 10 am we would have been stuck there for the day, there was no notification and no other way out. The work crew was gracious enough to let us get through before they closed it. The place is clean and well appointed, the lay out seems a bit off but is a good place to lay your head during your stay. The bedroom air conditioners worked well but the main one for kitchen, living and dining area could not cool down the space. In the evening there are beautiful breezes but no screens in any of the doors to the balconies so you can only open the window in the living room. Overall I feel this place is a bit overpriced for the accommodations in comparison to others of the same price on the island.
Location – Excellent if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing home. West end, with multiple breezy balconies for amazing ocean views of the Brass Islands. Off the beaten path; see more goats and chickens than people as you drive up. Fine with us, but not ideal if you plan to party at night. Do NOT attempt the drive tired/tipsy, but it is well lit. At least 20 min to main restaurants / attractions. You need a car/driver.
Has a dedicated parking space.
Accessibility – From parking , take a long stairway (~15 steps) down to the front door. If you have mobility issues or difficulty carrying bags, be advised. No steps inside. Bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
Bedrooms – The master is spacious and very well appointed, with a huge closet and ensuite bathroom. Watch the sun rise from its king sized bed, but it’s worth it to step out on the balcony to see it. A second balcony off the master is more private, with lovely views. The second king bedroom is roomy, has a twin sized cot in the closet. Its balcony has a limited view of the ocean. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, is modest in size, no balcony. Plenty of extra linens. Saw two inflatable mattress boxes, for a total of 3 beds, 1 cot, and 2 air mattresses. The LR sofa also appeared to be a pullout.
Bathrooms – Both bathrooms are shower only, no tub. The master has a double sink, and a relatively large shower next to a narrow toilet area. The hall bathroom (shared by the two other bedrooms) is small. Ample supply of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and soft white towels.
Kitchen – Has pots, pans, cutting board, tableware, glassware, knives, wine opener, drip coffee maker, microwave, etc., and an induction range. Lorna was kind enough to provide a starter ration of groceries (eggs, milk, almond milk, juice, etc.) and there are spices/seasonings, coffee/tea, filters, and some basic pantry supplies. Given the remote location, bring what you need to get through the first night and morning, or order food to hold you until you get groceries. Full sized washer/dryer, with detergent and softener.
Views – The balconies with the best views are relatively small, but have ample room for 2-4 people, up to 6 but close. No issues with bugs. The views are itsbest asset – not oceanfront, but close enough to see the waves break on the rocks. At night, starry skies. Lots of pelicans.
Lorna is a caring/attentive host - got Mom a shower bench, replaced beach umbrella, answered loads of questions.

Thank you for staying with us. I was very happy to see a smile on your mom’s face after a few days of relaxation. We met your expectations, Cynthia.
The host was super nice ,property is beautiful. Very secluded and nice. The views are everything. You will definitely need driver or car . The driver was awesome and took us around . I will definitely stay again
This property was absolutely perfect for our family and for our vacation. Lorna was an incredible property manager and so helpful to us before and during our stay. She was always quick to get back to me while we were planning our trip and had great recommendations for activities and dining were here. The villa was well-stocked for everything we needed during our stay, including chairs, towels and an umbrella for the beach. Lorna went out of her way to make sure we had a great visit. For example, I had mentioned in passing that I had been hit with quite a few bug bites on our deck the first night and she brought down a bug light/zapper for us to use on the deck. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future!
We loved our stay at St. Thomas. This house was perfect in every way. The best part was the views from all the rooms in the house. You could enjoy beautiful sunrise from the balcony's. The house was clean, well stocked, good internet/wifi. Kitchen was well quipped, it has all the amenities. We would come back again here.
The host Lorna was amazing, she was always responsive and gave great recommendations to eat, great beaches to visit. She is amazing and very friendly. Thank you Lorna for everything.

Leena and her family are welcome at our Villa anytime. Great guests and a wonderful family.
While the property looks good the stay was terrible. There were men watching us the entire time. We were not allowed to have guests despite coming there to celebrate our friend's birthday. The hosts was rude and we had to evacuate the property before our time due was up to safety reasons. The host was a bully and insensitive. Do not stay here.

Response from VrboOwner on 22 Apr 2021
Elvine booked for 3 guests, however 8 persons occupied the property. She was asked about the extra guests and she gave many excuses. The rules clearly states there would be extra fees for the extra guests. I told her n VRBO about the extra charges. She and her group left without paying for the extra guests. There were maintenance persons working Saturday outside. Further more, there were 8 other guests on the premises and no complaints from them. Elvine brought other guests to the property with no intention of paying the extra charges. I will never rent to Elvine and her group again. I am just sad to see this kind of behavior from this group.
This property was just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. It has some of the best, remote views of the island. The house was clean and stocked with toiletries, coffee & creamer options, filtered water, and seasonings/utensils/dishes for cooking.
Lorna, the hostess was also super helpful and gave us tips on how to make the most out of our trip. The only downfall is it was difficult for us to find a cab driver to take us from the airport to the condo. HOWEVER, if we would have listened to Lorna's advice before arriving, we would not have experienced this problem. She is a wonderful hostess and I would recommend staying there as long as you don't mind being in a somewhat remote location!

The villa look just as it does in the photos. It has everything that you would need and more. Very beautiful view over looking the clear waters of St. Thomas. Wish I could have stayed longer.
