This Studio apt has a New Queen bed with Memory foam Pillow Top mattress.
Kitchenette: Furnished with mini Fridge, Microwave, 2 burner hot plate, Toaster oven and a 2-seat dining table. Silverware and china with basic pan/pots.
Full Attached Bath Room with tub/shower.
Towels, Iron & Board and Linen are provided.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET: The Room has Roku TV along with basic cable, Free Wireless Internet,
There is no washer/dryer, but a nice laundromat is about 4 miles down the road.
Free Parking for ONE car.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
CLUBHOUSE AMENITIES: Complex has swimming pool.
Community Tennis court, Basketball court, Sand volleyball courts, and a picnic area complete with BBQ grills under tree shades.
Pool may be closed if Covid rules mandate that.

BEACHES: We are between east and west coast of Florida- Clearwater beach is 80 miles west and Coco Beach is 80 miles East- Tampa is 75 miles via Interstate 4
