After reservation, the visitor will be directed to the Park in order to process the background check.

This family friendly home is located in the 24 hour secured gated 55+ community of Outdoor Resorts at Orlando. It is only 6 miles from the gates of Disney World and just minutes away from Universal Studios and Sea World. Adults are not required to be over the age of 55 to stay in my home. However for those who wish to stay over 30 days, you do need to be 55+.

Adult: Age 55 +
Adult traveling with Children: The oldest adult must be age 55.
Please do not submit a rental request if a child is not accompanied by an adult age 55 and up.

They will check drivers license, and turn you away at the gate if you do not meet this requirement.

This home sleeps 4 comfortably. New flooring in the kitchen, hallway and bath, as well as a new Air Conditioning unit have been added for your comfort (2019/2020)

The master bedroom features a Full size bed and ceiling fan. The Florida room includes lighted ceiling fan, a Full Size bed that is hidden behind a room divider and also provides a chest of drawers. The living room Lazy Boy couch can also be opened up into a Full Size bed.

A cozy, open space living room and kitchen feature a 32'' Flat-screen T.V, DVD player, Microwave. Stove, Oven, Refrigerator and Coffee Maker. The Bathroom includes a full size tub/shower with a sliding door. The Florida Room adds additional living space by offering a full size kitchen table with 6 chairs, sofa and chairs. A washer/dryer set is hidden behind a room divider, allowing you to do your laundry on-site.

Several well kept bath houses are open throughout the resort.

Definitely recommend!

The property was really nice and very comfortable for us. We all had our own area to sleep and plenty of room to keep our stuff without it being in the way. The property was in a great location to everywhere we went during our trip. We would definitely recommend this property. Also the host was very nice as well :-)

We enjoyed a slice of the retired lifestyle in the south. The community was friendly and offered activities to participate in. The home had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We plan to return!

Great senior community

The owner is great. Communications are immediate and helpful. The senior community is very welcoming. Lots of senior activities to keep us busy. This is our second year staying at ORO and we will be back again next season.

A hidden gem

We chose this unit because if the reviews and location and it did not disappoint. The house was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and slept very well. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but we are already looking forward to our next vacation and will definitely be returning.

Comfortable - great location!

This home was exactly as advertised - in a gated community that looked to be a mix of rentals and longer-term residents. Excellent location, very close to all Disney attractions and within walking distance of grocery stores (though wouldn’t want to walk across busy roads!). The home is very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything a vacation traveler could possibly need. I felt very safe in this quiet community. The owner was responsive and very pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend, and would absolutely stay again!

Escape from the great white North

This place is exactly what we were looking for. Guarded entry made us feel very safe in an already very safe area. Lots of amenities, although we did not use any of them. Close to Target and Publix grocery store. The place has great internet 100Mb/sec download 10Mb/sec upload speed. We travel with our Roku and had no problem streaming two of them simultaneously. Great neighbors, everyone seemed friendly. Would definitely stay there again, we loved our time there. P. S. We were there during hurricane Nicole without incident.

Fantastic location

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at this location. The good - The unit was large enough for a family, fully stocked, and had everything we needed including an in house washer/dryer, large fridge with plenty of ice trays, and comfy beds. The location was perfect as described and close to the entertainment. We also felt safe in the guarded community. Things to consider - the house had a tight bathtub that you had to climb into. It worked, but could be challenging for elderly guests or tall guests over 6 feet. We had ants as extra guests, but they were sugar ants and more of a nuseance than anything else. We recommend spraying? The AC worked great, but had a hard time cooling the house during the day. We were never at the unit during this time so it was a non-issue, but one of the days I had to stay behind from being exhausted and noticed it. Final conclusion - we really enjoyed our stay and the price was perfect. We had a great time and this stay was like home away from home. Thanks👌Would stay again and highly recommend.

Nice home, awesome neighborhood

Nice clean home, has everything you need in home (except internet). We used club house for our internet which is around 0.3~0.25 mile. Initially we booked for 3 weeks and extended our stay for another week. People in the neighborhood are very friendly :) Deirdre is prompt and awesome. Thank you for accommodating us, we enjoyed our stay !

Small but clean, comfortable and friendly!

We were very impressed with our interaction with the owner, Dierdre and the rental manager, Leslie. They handled any and all questions or concerns and made our stay very enjoyable. The unit was very clean and the community was very friendly. We will happily stay here again.

Comfortable and close to Disney but without the traffic

We enjoyed our stay. Pros: lots of towels and pillows, nice pools, close to grocery stores and restaurants, close to Disney without a lot of traffic, secure and safe, nice staff at guard gate, AC is super cold, and washer and dryer in unit. Cons: very little hot water so we had to spread out showering over the day, stove burners are not level making it was hard to cook, there's a lot of furniture in the unit and it felt crowded Owner was super nice and overall it was a good experience

A must try! Will be back!

We have visited Orlando plenty of times and had our fair share of questionable hotels, this place was wonderful! It was centralized to everything we wanted to do in Orlando. The place is well kept, gated community, friendly attentive staff, and cozy mobile home! The mobile home we stayed in was awesome! It was clean, penalty of sleeping space, had all amenities which made it easy because I had little ones with me, also well supplied with everything you needed, like you never left home! We loved the king size swimming pool! It was a peaceful and inviting community! We loved it so much we stayed two extra days! We definitely will be staying here again! I highly recommend to try this place at least once!

This home has been in my family for many years. My Grandparents moved into this home because of their love of Disney. We spent many years visiting the local theme parks and much time in one of the 2 heated swimming pools.

Why they chose this property

This property is located just minutes away from many of the Orlando Theme-Park Destinations. Because of its location in the resort, it is a quiet home. At night you can hear the Disney Fireworks and on the weekends, early in the morning, you might just see Hot Air Balloons float by.

What makes this property unique

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, and Saturday, 9:00am to 12:00pm.

Car Pass: All vehicles must have a gate pass to enter the resort. You will be provided a pass for the duration of your stay once your account is paid and upon arrival.

WI-FI: Wireless internet is available in the home and at the Club House

Garbage: The resort has in-ground trash cans located at the front of each property. Garbage collection is on Monday and Thursday, except for holidays.

Golf Course: As a renter, you are entitled to use the amenities of our resort. However, permission is required to use the golf course. Please be sure to obtain a badge from the office. The golf course is open from dawn until dusk, seven days per week. Children younger than nine years old are not permitted on the course. (9-hole, par 3 executive golf course)

Visitors: Please remember that entrance into the resort is by permit only. If you will have visitors, you must inform the guard house. They will need your lot number, phone number, visitors’ name, date of arrival, and date of departure. Your visitors will not be admitted unless you have given prior permission or unless you can be contacted by phone.

Rental Equipment: For a small, refundable deposit, equipment can be obtained from the Guard House on a first come, first serve basis. The deposits are $20 for a Shuffleboard set; $5 for Golf Club or Tennis Racquet.
