LIVING & KITCHEN AREA
⭐ Newest additions as of March 2026 is a beautiful sectional sofa sleeper and wood floors throughout the unit. Shore Fun has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make this your home away from home. The open living room offers plenty of room for you and your guests to relax at the end of the day. Or sit out on the private balcony and enjoy the amazing views with water views of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious dining room offers the perfect place for family dinners and game nights!

BEDROOMS
⭐ The home features a Master Bedroom that includes a TV, a king-size bed, and a private bathroom with a combo tub and shower. The Guest bedroom offers Two Double beds and a T.V. Across the hallway is the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. All guests will appreciate the privacy this condo has to offer.

THE RESORT
⭐ The Enclave features a large swimming pool with a large sun deck and restrooms. Just a short walk will take you from the huge pool to the beautiful emerald gulf waters. You will be able to use the private beach gate to gain access to the beach. The property also offers two tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and pickleball and basketball courts that are available for guests. Coin-operated on-site laundry facility is available for Guest use located on each floor. This astounding location places you less than a few minutes away from popular beach-side restaurants. In fact, the original Captain Dave's is within easy walking distance. Championship golf is close by. You are also conveniently close to the nationally known Silver Sands Premium Outlets, as well as, family fun at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. You will love all the wonders that staying at the sugar-white sands the beach has to offer!

You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at nearby stores like Walmart, Publix or Winn Dixie. A coin-operated on-site laundry facility is available for Guest use located on each floor.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the uncovered parking lot. The Garage is for owners only. Guests are not allowed to park here or will risk being towed at your expense.

POOLS
⭐ There is one community pool. The gate code will be sent with your vacation door code and beach access code a week prior to arrival. . No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool area. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
