Quaint and warm

They have multiple units and the photos were accurate but there are other availability’s and variety if you ask. Exceptionally clean and smells good when you arrive! Nice little kitchen and the island is a good space for chopping. Laundry was a little loud but it came out clean so that’s fine. Huge backyard to watch the stars, and I found out it’s pet friendly too!

Really enjoyed it!

We had great communication from the owner on how the process worked so checkin was easy. Great quiet little place it was just like a tiny home to stay in. Very clean and well furnished. The people next door were very friendly and nice. We really enjoyed our stay they and would definitely stay there again!

Did not stay…

We pulled up to the location and it definitely did not have any curb appeal and was a bit scary. We went into the unit and it was not clean. The bed had visible dog hair and the sofa had muddy dog prints on the cushion. We immediately notified the owner and asked to cancel which he did.

A great place to get away from it ALL!

We had a wonderful stay and time in Dover near Russellville. The studio rental had everything we needed including paper cups! The property was clean and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The location is near restaurants and hiking trails are not a far drive. We went in October and the trees are all changing colors which were beautiful. However the best part about our stay in Dover was the property manager himself! Pierre is what made our stay outstanding! He checked on us and made sure we had everything. Pierre made us feel comfortable and got back with us instantly if we texted him or needed anything. He helped us with everything! He even came to say goodbye. We will be back for sure.
