The cabin was tucked away in a beautiful area. Great place to relax, grill, sit by the fire and roast marshmallows!!! We loved coming back to this cozy cabin after a long day of hiking. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed
This property was about 20 minutes from the West Gate to Yellowstone. It was nice to stay a distance away from the main tourist area. We took day trips into Yellowstone. We liked the size of the property. However, the bathroom is small and awkwardly set up. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The dishwasher was a nice bonus as we ate several meals there. It had plenty of space for our family. The loft area is nice for kids to have a separate space.
What a cute little cabin! It was almost perfect for our family vacation. The only downside to the cabin was there is absolutely NO privacy for the downstairs bedroom; no bedroom door which I did not notice when booking. The cabin was clean and fully stocked with spices, coffee and other comforts of home. It is conveniently located close to the grocery store, eateries and entertainment.
The property manager was very accommodating with questions and concerns while staying here.
I would not advise taking a low profile vehicle to this location due to the roads not being maintained.
Do not allow the unkept outside appearance fool you!! This is a beautiful cabin and we would definitely stay here again.

Problem with washer running water on floor.
Okay not the best I have rented clean. Advertised a Queen bed but the picture didn’t show no room on one side to get in and out had to sleep upstairs, and me being over 65 it wasn’t easy to get to the bathroom. I’ll not rent there again.

We booked this cabin only 2 days before our stay. Was surprised to get such a wonderful place. We stayed 3 nights. It's only 25 minutes from the West entrance to Yellowstone. Very spacious, full kitchen if you want to cook. We only did breakfast there, but if cooking is what you want to do, there is a fully stocked kitchen. We did laundry there. I brought my own laundry detergent and i didn't see any there, but i really didn't look. Getting there is a little rough as the roads have a few pot holes, just go slow. Do use the directions they post on the email. Much easier to find as the number is on the tree facing the way they send you. Also, after we knew where we were going, we tried it with GPS and it sent us the wrong way. When we first arrived, the light in the bedroom kept flickering, i texted the number to tell them about , they got right back to me and sent maintenance right over to fix it. I was impressed. That was the only thing amiss. Just an FYI. The bathroom is off the main bedroom, so if you have multiple people everyone uses that bathroom. So just be aware you might have visitors in the middle of the night. No biggie, just another FYI. If we were ever coming back to Yellowstone, I would for sure book this again.
If you go into town for breakfast, don't go to the Running Bear Pancake House. Wasn't that good. If you want a delicious dinner, go to Hank's Chop Shop. On the pricey side but well worth it!!!

Not as expected...
The listing for this property does not convey how dated it is. Also, there was pet hair on linens in a property that does not allow pets. Bathroom towels were probably washed, but not completely dried since they were damp. The shower was not clean and had mildew growing in it. The shower pressure ranges from great to a trickle, even without water turned on other places. If you are a larger person or have long legs, then you'll have difficulty with the toilet's proximity to the sink. On the bright side, you can wash your hands before getting off the toilet lol. The lighting is VERY dim in the entire cabinet. The lamp next to the queen bed broke on the 2nd night, so we had to get another light in order to read. There is a lot of clutter too. You have to be careful not to lose your belongings amongst the owners things.
On a positive note, the location is removed from the busyness of West Yellowstone, yet not a bad drive to the Park. The washer and dryer are older, but in my opinion older washers wash better than new ones. I've stayed in VRBOs all over the country, and this is the first one that was not as i expected based on the listing. I'm sure this would be great for a group on a fishing or hunting getaway.
Very cozy cabin in a wooded neighborhood! The living area was very pleasant. The kitchen is very nice and functional. We felt right at home and had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend it. The check in/out was simple and the property manager was responsive to questions. Thank you!
Everything was as described. We didn’t realize that we could not use the fireplace and had experienced a propane leak. We were refunded one day of our stay for the leak which was nice. Property management was outstanding! We had a nice stay overall…
This cabin was perfect for my husband and me. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. It was close enough to Yellowstone’s West entrance and town. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
I normally hate staying at hotels or rental properties due to cleanliness, but this cabin was incredibly clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. If we ever get back to the Yellowstone area we will absolutely stay here again!
My family was very comfortable staying here. The four beds up stairs were perfect for my family. Cabin has more cooking pots and pans and small appliances than I have ever seen in a bnb. Plus grill and fire pit. Easy 20 minute drive to west Yellowstone gate. Definitely recommended.
Great location for our travels to Yellowstone. This cabin had everything one could need. It was extremely well stocked with everything from first aid items, laundry supplies, spices, and everything needed for cooking and baking. We would definitely stay here again, if in the area.
Great Cabin - 30 minutes from Yellowstone West Entrance
We had a great stay. The property worked well for our family of four. We always enjoy the extra room of a house or cabin as compared to a hotel room. Laundry and kitchen appliances all worked well. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The cabin was clean. The booking and checkin process was easy and efficient.
We had a great time at this cabin. It really felt like a cabin in the woods. Walked down to the river, made s'mores in the backyard, dinners around the table and even saw a fox in the yard one morning! We had our family of 4 and 1 other adult and her son. It was perfect size for us but she did have to come into our room at night to use the bathroom. She's a close friend so it was fine but just fyi. Quick drive to Yellowstone and we also explored waterfalls and other sights 15-20 min the other way. Beautiful location! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!
I can't day enough good things about this cabin. It's the most well stocked kitchen and laundry area we've ever rented. The cabin is clean, cozy, comfy, and provided the perfect home for our Yellowstone vacation! We were sad to leave.
