The Penthouse includes a chefs kitchen, living room, dining room and a full washer and dryer. There are two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom contains two bunk beds with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top. A deck with an ocean view connects to the Penthouse. 1,420 sq ft.

Connected to the deck is a shared spacious patio, with a dining table, lounge chairs, and separates the Penthouse from the Suites.

Suite I contains a King bed with a full bathroom and kitchenette.
482 sq ft.

Suite II contains a bed room, Living room, full bath and a kitchenette. A king bed is in the Master bedroom along with a twin bed behind a false wall. The second room is a living room with an entertainment area. 1,080. sq ft.

Beach access is readily available from multiple public steps across the street from the property.

Perfect Place in Laguna

This was the perfect place for a long weekend in Laguna. It is close to everything and allows for privacy if you have multiple families or generations staying together. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Wonderful Laguna Beach Family Vacation!

This VRBO was a great spot for our family vacation - including 2 active 3 year olds! Lots of room and great indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Close to restaurants and Main beach, the location is perfect. The property manager, Nikolas, was a pleasure to deal with!

No Gloom in June

The weather was perfect, no “June Gloom”. The place was perfect. The kids (4, 6, 6, & 8) loved the double bunk beds. There was plenty of space to visit, play, and relax. The open deck was a favorite. The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and boards were an unexpected bonus to go with ample beach towels. We all enjoyed the stay.

Amazing Place

This rental was wonderful for our family. Spread out, private areas with ample common space to gather. Very well equipped with amenities. The street noise was rather loud for my taste but otherwise I would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Girls’ Trip Retreat

Far exceeded expectations! Perfect in-town location on Coast Hwy for shopping, dining and beach. All 8 of us enjoyed the beautifully decorated, well appointed and spacious rental with ocean views. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, unique property with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Individual “apartments” are connected by a beautiful courtyard. The Laguna Beach version of Mama Mia!
